Ramon Atayde is a seasoned management and engineering professional with over 30 years experience in various management and production roles in the mining and extractive industries. He is a founding member of the Australian team which developed the ARC system and application of his expertise in mineral extraction operations has led to some of the innovative features of the ARC system. Ramon will play a key, ongoing role in the development of ARC Entotech in the US market, in both management and technical support, and will be involved in international market development.

Robert Clarke

Bob Clarke has for over thirty years been involved in the start-up and funding private and public companies in North America and Asia. He has served as a director and officer of several public listed companies in the US and Canada. From 2001 to 2016 he was based in Asia and was involved in or assisted companies in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia. In 2016 he has re-established his business base in Vancouver, Canada to focus on emerging opportunities in the environmental and sustainable business sector in North America while retaining ongoing involvement in companies in the Asia Pacific area.

A long career in manufacturing and entrepreneurship has encompassed extensive experience in operations, production optimization, product development and commercialization. He is currently President and CEO of Macondray Plastic Products Inc., and prior to this held senior positions at a number of plastics, packaging and industrial companies in the Philippines, including: Thermotech Comfort Systems, Steniel Manufacturing, Metro Paper & Packaging, and IGH Industries. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Ateneo de Manila University, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle College, an Associateship in Glass Technology from the University of Sheffield, and a MBA from Ateneo de Manila University.

Lalit K. Sehgal

Senior Advisor - Metallurgy

Over an extensive international career he has managed and rehabilitated mining, steel and coking operations in countries as diverse as Brazil, the Philippines, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Bosnia and the USA. Previously Executive Director (Coal Import Group and IISCO Modernisation) of the Steel Authority of India, he was Managing Director of Global Steel Philippines and then CEO of Zamin Resources in Brazil. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering & Technology from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and a Graduate Diploma in Management from AIMA, New Delhi.

Chrissie Eckersley

Senior Advisor - Environmental Management

With experience spanning both private and public sectors, Chrissie specialises in pollution impact assessment, environmental health management, and environmental restoration. She has worked across a wide range of industries and contaminated sites, including: landfill, medical, solid, wastewater and liquid waste treatment facilities. She has specialist environmental expertise in legislation and regulatory compliance, community consultation, environmental impact assessments, and risk assessment. She was previously an Operations Officer with the New South Wales Environment Protection Authority. She holds a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas, and a Master of Environmental Studies and Master of Occupational Health and Safety (Dist) from the University of Newcastle, NSW; and is a Member of the Environmental Institute of Australia New Zealand (EIANZ).
